MFI Principals
Jeffrey A. Carr, President/CEO
Mr. Carr
has been helping marketing managers make better marketing decisions for
over 15 years. Consulting and lecturing extensively in the United Kingdom,
Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States he has completed consulting
projects and developed and delivered marketing training programs for clients
including Kodak, Time Inc., Lotus Development Corp., General Electric,
Unilever and McCann-Erickson WorldWide. His areas of marketing expertise
include strategic marketing, channel management, pricing and integrated
marketing communication.
For the past seven years Mr. Carr has been an Adjunct Associate Professor
in the MBA program at the Stern School of Business, New York University
where he teaches strategic marketing and international marketing. In 1996
Jeff was honored with the Citibank Teacher of the Year Award. He is formerly
the marketing area coordinator for the Management and Marketing Institute
at NYU, which offers seminars and continuing education courses delivered
by an adjunct faculty of 400 practicing professionals.
Charles S. Harding, Vice
President of Product Development
Mr. Harding has worked as a researcher, marketing manager and executive
in academic, manufacturing and service organizations for the past 15 years.
Before joining Marketing Foundations he was Senior Vice President of Product
Management for the Celtic Insurance Company where he introduced comprehensive
marketing planning, market simulation modeling and developed an in-house
market research department. Prior to his work at Celtic he was a brand
manager in the distilled spirits industry and a fisheries biologist where
he specialized in programming computer simulation models of fishery stocks
under commercial fishing pressure.
Beth K. Meyer, Vice President
of Marketing & Sales
Ms. Meyer developed her consumer and commercial marketing skills in brand
management at Proctor & Gamble where she launched the analgesic ALEVE.
She joined Kodak as a Marketing Director of a start-up business and evangelized
the value of marketing in a technology-driven environment. Since leaving
Kodak, Beth has been coaching and consulting primarily with managers at
high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.
CK Kumar Director,
Emerging Markets
C.K. Kumar was in Global Technical Marketing for Mentor Graphics before
he joined Marketing Foundations Inc. He has a strong engineering background
with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from India and a Master's
in Computer Engineering from the University of Toledo. In his 8 years
of experience, he has worked in various areas of the Computer and High-Tech
Industry such as Product Design and Development, Product Marketing, Program
Management, Business Development and Technical Consulting Services. C.K.
has an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Stern School
of Business at New York University.

Paul Shapira, Senior Consultant,
London, UK. Prior to joining MFI, paul was a marketing executive
at Ram Mobile Data UK where he was responsible for developing and managing
marketing alliances with channel partners. He had previously spent ten
years at International Computers Limited as an international marketing
consultant where, in addition to providing strategic marketing guidance,
he was responsible for developing and delivering seminars in ICL's executive
marketing training program. Paul is a graduate of Cambridge University
and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing for the
last eight years.
